How I Do My Salmon
Ingredients:
- Skin-on Salmon fillet
- Salt
- Pepper
- Broccolini or Broccoli
- Olive oil
Equipment:
- Air fryer
- Baking paper
Method
Step 1: Put baking paper on your airfryer.
Step 2: Place salmon in the airfryer.
Step 3: Generously lather the fish with olive oil.
Step 4: 10-15 minutes (depending on thickness) at 180°.
Step 5: Prepare broccoli in a steamer while salmon cooks.
Step 6: Pour some of the fat and oil left over from the fryer on the broccoli.
Step 7: Salt and pepper your broccoli.
Step 8: Enjoy.
